changing names

I've not been that good lately, with this blog and everything. I still want to blog, I do, it's just that I only have internet access at work and also that quite a lot of stuff now is about things my husband and I do together and I feel that, mostly, it's too private to share on a public blog.

So, looking at it today, I decided that just as I changed names 7 months ago (and believe me, that is still taking some getting used to, especially as I have to use the old one sometimes and remember which signature to use! Its too much for my little brain) it was time for my blog to change a little.

I wrote a post a long time ago about why I called this blog 'a world full of sky' and, at the time, that seemed the most suitable name for it.

But a lot has gone on since then, I've been home, and back here again. I've stopped skydiving. I've got married. We've bought a house.

This used to be about my travels and now it's more of forming a new life here in Far North.

Also, I've learnt that the world isn't just full of sky, here in the tropics it's also full of sun, sea, sand, reef and rainforests. Limiting it to sky is simply not fair on anything.

Tired [Scanned]

I’m tired.

I miss my husband.

I want to go home.

And it’s only flippin’ Wednesday.

On the other hand, hearing my 3 year old nephew sing Happy Birthday then Jingle Bells down the phone to me last night was the highlight of my month.
