Fixed?

I think the endless Wednesday may have had something to do with Javascript playing up. Still, clearing my internet browser did the trick hopefully so yay! On other yay news, we did get the car! It's lovely! The CD player doesn't work (grr) but that should be covered under a statutary 3 month warranty and it's going in tomorrow to get checked over :) Graham hasn't forgiven me (possibly never will, I can see him in 20 years time regaling our children with stories of how mum made him get rid of his beloved Suby...) but I think I can live with it :)

Prepare to be amazed

They've approved the finance! We're jumping through hoops to do it but we didn't expect much else, we're getting a decent car, and it's under warranty for 5 years. The only problem is that our mechanic who could fix the old car 'quickly' still hasn't fixed it. The offer on the finance runs out at the end of the month so really we need to pick it up tomorrow. I rang him (for the millionth time this week) and said that we needed to pick it up tomorrow. NO buts. 'Oh, oh, I'm picking up the parts tonight, it'll be ready'. I can't believe that we're getting rid of the rustbucket! I couldn't be happier!
